WELS Congregational Services is looking forward to working with your congregation as you assess current gospel ministry efforts and plan for the future.

Part of that assessment is this congregational "pulse survey." It is open to every communicant member. The survey is anonymous. However, the results of the survey may be published/reviewed. So, whatever you write in some of the open ended questions may be seen. Therefore, while we want members to feel free to give their honest opinions, we also want everyone to remember St. Paul's encouragement: "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen" (Ephesians 4:29). Please state your views in ways that are both kind and respectful of others.

This survey can be done in as quickly as 30 minutes. Most of it is multiple choice. However, for many multiple choice question, you are provided the opportunity to give the rationale for you answers. If you fill those out, the survey may take closer to 90 minutes. However, those insights can be extremely helpful. So please, take your time. Note that once you start this pulse survey, it cannot be saved. So, please start the survey when you think you will have the time to complete it.
